Recommended strategies for note-takingTo be an active and critical note-taker, you should be categorising the
information, reading critically,
relating the arguments to other texts, relating the information to your
question, and deciding upon how you will use these notes in the development
of your argument as you take the information down; this is what we call
'note-making'.
